Set of original Gorf cocktail table control panels in good condition. These panels are complete, the overlays could use a good scrubbing, but should clean up very well. The black areas could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but given a little work, these should clean up very well.

Overview
At the time Gorf was released most vertical shooter games (such as Galaxian or Space Invaders), usually only had one level that was repeated for the entire game. Gorf was a bit different, the game features five different missions, including a Space Invaders like mission, a Laser Attack mission, a Galaxian mission, a Space Warp mission and the Flag ship mission. After defeating all five missions players are promoted in rank from Space Cadet up through Space Avenger.

Gorf was one of the first games to feature digitized speech. In the game the player is taunted by the Gorfian leader, with phrases such as, “You cannot defeat my Gorfian empire”. Another unique feature of the game is the wonderful backlighting. In addition the game marquee, the header above the monitor and the one below the control are backlit.
